Privacy
This policy explains what Evi stores, why it stores it, and how connected services are used.
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Evi stores the information needed to run the assistant: your Discord sign-in details, conversations, messages, memories, connected services, settings, activity, cron jobs, plan usage, and contact messages you send through this site.
We use that data to respond to you, remember useful context, show your dashboard, connect to providers you authorize, run scheduled prompts, and handle support or privacy requests.
Connected services
Evi sends conversation context to the configured AI provider so it can generate a response. The backend currently supports Azure OpenAI by default and an OpenAI-compatible endpoint when configured. Connected Gmail actions run through Composio. WhatsApp pairing uses a QR flow and local session state for the server process.
We only use connected services when you authorize them and when Evi needs them for a request, dashboard action, or scheduled task.
Your controls
Evi stores application data in PostgreSQL. You can delete conversations where deletion is available, ask Evi to forget memories, disconnect WhatsApp, and remove scheduled tasks. We do not sell your personal data. For full account deletion or privacy questions, use the Contact page and choose "Privacy or data request."
