Terms

These terms explain how you can use Evi, what the service can access, and where responsibility stays with you.

Last updated: May 12, 2026

Evi is a personal AI assistant that can respond to messages, remember helpful context, connect to services you authorize, and run scheduled prompts. Features may vary by provider, plan, and current product availability.

You sign in with Discord and are responsible for your account, connected services, and anything you ask Evi to do. Only connect accounts you own or have permission to use.

Use Evi responsibly

  • Do not use Evi to spam, harass, impersonate, deceive, or harm others.
  • Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits in the service.
  • Do not connect accounts you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Do not use Evi to generate or distribute illegal or abusive content.

Connected services and plans

When you connect a provider such as Gmail or WhatsApp, you authorize Evi to use that connection to perform actions you request or configure. Some provider features rely on third-party services, including Composio. The backend currently recognizes trial, pro, and max usage limits. Paid features, pricing, and limits may change as the product evolves.

Limits

Evi uses AI and can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on Evi for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before acting on them. Evi is provided as is, and we are not liable for missed reminders, incorrect responses, data loss, provider downtime, or actions taken from AI output.

We may modify, limit, pause, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, product changes, or abuse prevention. We may suspend access if these terms are violated. For questions or account deletion requests, use the Contact page.
